Work of considerable scope developed over 137,000m2 of gross construction area, with a challenging and innovative project.
It is the first shopping center in the region, set in a privileged location, overlooking Serra da Arrábida and river Sado, it integrates the surrounding space, respecting it and praising it.
It came to qualitatively dynamize the city of Setúbal with new commercial and leisure offers, forcing to an urban and landscape requalification of the entire surrounding area.
