Amid the historical heritage of the royalty that once lived here, contemporary and classic styles coexist, in a cosmopolitan atmosphere of tranquility.
The building uses the same limestone existing in the public square and in the noble buildings or palaces surrounding, on the ground floor public areas. Which, being transparent, makes the reception area, the restaurant and the terrace look like extensions of the square, creating the geometric shape of the upper floors with the hotel's rooms the appearance of levitating in the city air.
Our participation in the construction of this emblematic project included the interior plasterboard claddings throughout all the areas, promoting thus maximum thermical and acoustic efficiency to achieve a demanding level of comfort.
We emphasize the partitioning and installation of ceilings with lighting and shutter crown moldings in the 41 rooms, toilets, common areas, circulation areas, Lobby, Restaurant.
Perforated Acoustic Ceilings and lighting moldings in the Suites, Living Room, Breakfast Room and Restaurant.
The "Café Príncipe Real" Restaurant and Cocktail Bar is located in a central, elegant and comfortable area of the hotel, with a beautiful terrace offering a breathtaking view of the swimming pool and the city's scenery.
