Radio Renascença

Rádio Renascença is a renowned Catholic-inspired Portuguese radio broadcasting station. Born in the 1930s, is one of the best known radio stations in Portugal.

Its considerable growth over the years, potentiated the need for a new structure that would decently house all the services of Grupo Renascença Multimédia.

In 2016, the new headquarters of Grupo Renascença Multimédia was inaugurated, simultaneously celebrating the 80 years existence of Rádio Renascença.

Our participation in the work of alteration and expansion of the pre-existing installations essentially covered the interior claddings.

We carried out the installation of several designed constructive solutions, such as:

Ceilings of mineral fibers, Ceilings of perforated plaster; Exterior ceilings in Permabase.

We highlight the construction of the new Auditorium, with modern lines, with capacity for around 100 people, lined with wooden acoustic panels on the surrounding walls and acoustic ceilings.

The total integration of Renascença, RFM, MEGA HITS and Rádio SIM (Renascença Multimedia Group) studios led to the construction of a structured network of systems that allows all studios to work in an integrated, flexible, changeable system adapted to any need of the 4 radios.

All the studios were subject to an acoustic study that allowed an isolation and sound treatment of 50 DB's to the outside, allowing the coexistence of radio studios without any interference.

Factor enhanced by the installation of aluminum partitions with safety glass, acoustic ceilings and partitioning with acoustic ceilings.
